Cabinco Ltd are a company who have grown from referrals off satisfied customers and the reputation this has built up. We believe that this is partly due to the fact we have always been available for our customers to contact both before and after the cabins are built to discuss any issues which arise. This can be as simple as which wood treatments to use or more complex structural questions regarding additions to the structure. We will always try to help you ourselves or in some cases advise you of the correct point of contact. There is no call centre or helpdesk with standard Q&A responses, normally you are able to deal with the same person who helped you through the planning and building stage. This helps to ensure continuity of service and provides you with professional and knowledgeable contact point and gives you, the customer, "real person" communication.
We have also produced a "Handover Pack" to give you a point of reference for the basic maintenance of your Log Cabin, which you can keep and refer to over the years.
